Leaders Develop Leaders Consulting Services, LDLCS, was founded by Nita Henry in 2012, in the Greater Dallas Fort Worth area. At LDLCS, learned methodologies are put into action for the sole purpose of supporting your organizational goals. Methodologies utilized work across an array of business sectors to include nonprofit, public, for profit, call center, technical support center, medical office, healthcare industry and academic environments. Regardless of an organization’s size, mission or stage in its lifecycle, LDLCS helps organizations meet the ever-increasing challenge to be more effective, efficient, agile, innovative and resilient — while servicing the many learning styles and generational differences that makeup today’s work environment.

  • Our sessions are interactive, critical thinking fostered and require individual and group participation. We strive to keep the energy of our sessions upbeat, and our professionalism is consistently at the forefront of doing such.

  • We respect your time, so we strive to conduct sessions that are 6 hours in length per needed day. That way, you have time back in your day to address your operations. Our agenda is communicated to all session participants prior to all session start dates.

  • Those that attend our sessions are provided with take away guides; that offer tips and guidance that correlates to their training discipline.

Nita proudly operates and manages Leaders Develop Leaders Consulting Services with a mission, which is to broaden the delivery of her ability to add value by fostering success for organizations, and individuals that are in various business sectors around the world.

Nita has acquired over 15 years of proven value added expertise in supporting the development of new lines of business, building cohesive teams that support operational excellence, developing training agendas and designing materials that allow for global dissemination, and in leading other executive fostered business initiatives by utilizing her six sigma green belt and project management skills
